Dear JC and Staff,

Thank you for your efforts and support in helping me recover from my back injuries. When I came to your office four years ago, I was a mess. I had just been told by an orthopedic surgeon that I should prepare for an operation to insert rods in my back. He stated that this was my only option to get healthy.  I was not happy about this. This would have been my third back operation before age 35.

A friend of mine recommended that I come see you for a second opinion. My reply was something like “I think I’m a little too messed up for a chiropractor!”  He said that Dr. JC has helped many people with severe conditions, and that my other choices (stay in pain or debilitating surgical implants) didn’t appear to be very appealing options. 

The results have been amazing. My spine was both twisted and bent, and the muscles in my back were all knotted and bunched.   After treatment and physical therapy, my spine is straighter and more stable than it has been in years.  Feel free to show the before and after x-rays – you can tell it is me in both pictures because of the hardware in the lower spine from previous operations.

I am through the worst of the recovery now; however, I still drive from Westfield Indiana to Dr. JC’s in Avon every week.  There are two main reasons that I drive this far (and pass a lot of chiropractors along the way):

1. Dr. JC is a master of his trade. He has been blessed with the ability and determination to help people.  He knows how to diagnose a situation, and offers patients options on how to go forward.  His methods work, and his patients see results.  From elderly couples to newborns, people trust their family with his care. And I’ve seen other patients limp in all bent over and in pain walk out completely upright with their pain relieved. I’ve noticed that Dr. JC is always looking for a ‘better way’ of improving treatments, providing therapy, or even improving customer service for his patients. Dr. JC’s vast experience and continual learning in his trade, combined with his compassion for helping people, sets him apart from his peers.

2. The staff at Anderson Chiropractic is the best that you will find anywhere. As a ‘frequent patient’ at other doctors offices and clinics, and as a dad who has visited many a specialist waiting room, the team at Anderson is flat out the most professional and effective medical staff I’ve ever seen.  They get you in, they get you taken care of, and they go out of their way to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable.  They know you by name, and work with your schedule to get you appointments that work best for you.  Life would be so easy if either:

• Every business (banks, hair salons, dentists) would have a front office team like the one at Anderson Chiropractic

Or

• The team at Anderson Chiropractic would consider expanding their business to include banking, hair styling and dentistry.

I refer people to Anderson Chiropractic routinely, and will continue to be a patient there for a long time to come.

I came to Anderson Chiropractic due to a problem with digestion and acid reflux.  My symptoms included always feeling like there was something in my throat, often having the desire to clear my throat (so much so that it irritated my husband), constantly having a terrible taste in my mouth, an upset stomach and several nights I had to sleep sitting up.

My first step in seeking relief was a visit to my family physician.  She prescribed acid blockers, recommended a different diet and that we raise our bed so that we were sleeping on an angle.   After 3 months I was no better. 

The next step was a CT scan.  The results showing that I was perfectly healthy. 

That was it.  No next step.  No solution.  Deal with it.

A friend recommend I see a chiropractor.  She knew someone with a similar problem who had great results.

I grew up in a family that barely believed in doctors.  Chiropractors were not for us. 

I was tired.  I was not sleeping well.  I did not enjoy eating.  I was ready to try a chiropractor.

One morning I was feeling terrible so I called Anderson Chiropractic and Dr Anderson answered the phone.  He saw me less than an hour later.  There was no time to change my mind. 

I went to my initial exam with tons of questions.  Dr. Anderson and his staff took the time to listen and provide me with answers and information.

Following the recommended treatment schedule I felt better in less than a month. 

Pill and antacids were replaced by adjustments and time on a machine that rolls up and down your spine and makes you feel very relaxed.  Part of my treatment even included a 15 minute massage.

I feel great!  I highly recommend Anderson Chiropractic.  What do you have to lose but the pain and the pills.
